The shocked writers include mystery maven Agatha Bagatelle, how-to guru Handy Randy, romance queen Penny Trueheart and more. But who poisoned Pettiman? Police Chief Lucy Luckless and her deputy, Jay Edgar Lugar, show up and arrest the accountant suspected of embezzlement. But Libby knows better.
